The location of this hotel was perfect, being near to great shops and very close to the best restaurants in Mexico City. It was also convenient to other areas of the city, making it easy to explore. The room was beautifully renovated with a substantial wardrobe area, and the bathroom had a whirlpool bath with local bath service and a selection of soaps. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was large, filling, and delicious.
The soundproofing in the hotel was non-existent, which was a big problem for me as I was placed near a housekeeping storage area and the constant noise made it impossible to have a siesta in the afternoon.

The service is exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast options are delicious, with a free continental breakfast and the option to order off the menu. The electronic lighting in the rooms can be difficult to work, with the lights dimming or going out unexpectedly.

The hotel had impeccable attention to detail and a gorgeous design. The staff went above and beyond to make our group happy. The location was ideal, situated in a good neighborhood with plenty of interesting shops and restaurants.
Some of the rules and restrictions felt unnecessary and took away from the overall experience. The rooms facing the street were smaller, while the 2-bed rooms were dark and uninviting.

During our Easter stay, we were impressed with the complimentary soft drinks and snacks provided. The key location in an upscale area made it easy to access museums, shopping, and dining. The high-tech features in the room including climate control and lighting were a plus.
The view from our room was lackluster; we wish we had been given a room with a better view.
